Elk Avenue is Crested Butte's main drag. My last morning there I took the opportunity after breakfast to snap a few last shots on around the street.
The Paragon Art Gallery resides in the original city hall building.
This guy was creepy when I saw him the previous two evenings while in town for dinner. And I don't believe he had a light bulb in his crotch then.
More inappropriate crotch decorations. I can't imagine how big this snowman was when he was originally built, given that it had been a couple of weeks since the last snow and he was still this huge.
Camp 4 Coffee is the subject of a lot of photos, with the license plates covering its exterior. I tried to find an angle less commonly shot.
Constructed in 1883, the Old Rock Community Library is one of the oldest buildings in town. And it has a pretty decent backdrop.
I loved how well-loved this bike looked.
Rabbit tracks crisscrossed in the snow near "the bench" above the town.
The view towards Mt. Crested Butte from "the bench."
A small warming hut had a window framing Mt. Crested Butte that looked as pretty as a painting.
Terrific town, and a wonderful visit!
