Kenosha Pass

The whole family wanted to see some fall foliage today, so after a week of checking various online resources we decided to try Kenosha Pass.
Unfortunately, we were a little late...
Still, it was nice to get the whole family out for a hike.
South Park and the Mosquito Range.
If you ever got caught at the summit in a storm, there was a pretty sturdy log shelter that could probably get you by.
Despite the lack of cooperation from the aspens, the evergreens never fail to disappoint.
I should really start bringing compasses. This might be Mt. Logan, but I'm not sure.
Pretty certain these are North and South Twin Cone Peak and Mount Blaine.
Hiking builds an appetite. Fortunately, the Coney Island in Bailey came to our rescue.
All in all a fun time. Who needs leaves?

You guys are too cute! Bummer about the leaves, but it looks like a fun outing anyway!
